The information collected in the form is recorded in a automatised file by the Cospop association. The legal basis for the processing is the participant’s consent to the use of his/her data for the organisation of competitions and/or cosplay shows.
The data collected will be communicated to the following recipients only: Cospop Association.
The data is kept for 5 years.
You can access your data, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data.
